Točno ("we", "us") is a set of small web tools for businesses: “Who pays you late”, the payment check, and the Process Cost Calculator with its optional auto-detection. This page explains what data we handle, why, and what choices you have.
We are at an early stage: the tools are free, nothing is for sale, and the company behind them is being set up in Slovenia.

What we handle, and why

We don't use analytics or advertising cookies, we don't sell data, and we don't share it with anyone except the processors below, only to provide what you asked for. Legal basis: taking steps at your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), our legitimate interest in running the site (Art. 6(1)(f)) and, for the contact form, your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
Data stored in your browser
In the payment check (and in the report, which uses the same code) two kinds of data are kept in this browser, in its local storage, and nowhere else:
- Confirmed IBANs — when you press “Confirmed by phone”: the recipient, IBAN, date, the name of the person who checked and a note, if you wrote one.
- What was stopped before sending — when you download the cleaned batch: the date, the number and the total of the payments left out. No names, IBANs or references.
Both are kept for each client separately (the name you type in the field “Client”, or the company on the report; with no name, under “No name”). They stay only in this browser: nothing is sent to us or to anyone else, and the files you check are still not sent anywhere. You delete them with the “Remove” and “Clear history” buttons, or by clearing your browser data. The list of confirmed IBANs can be exported as a file and imported on another computer; that file is yours, we never see it.
The contact form
If you describe a task in the form "Got a task that eats your time?" and tick the consent box, the form is sent as one email to our own mailbox, tocnosi@proton.me. We read it there and reply to you from that mailbox. There is no mailing list and no newsletter.
- What we keep: your email address, your company name (if you give it), the text of your message, the language of the page (Slovenian or English), which page you sent the form from (homepage, Process Cost Calculator, payment check or “Who pays you late”), the time of your consent, the consent text you saw and your browser's user agent. If you send the form shown under a tool's result, also a summary of your calculation: for “Who pays you late” the totals at the top and the number of customers; for the Process Cost Calculator the yearly cost and the name of the most expensive process; for the payment check the number of payments, the number of payments to check and the two totals. Never customer names, amounts of individual invoices or your files.

- How long: 12 months after our last correspondence with you, or sooner if you ask.
- How to have it deleted: write to tocnosi@proton.me. Withdrawing consent does not affect what was done before.
Processors we use
Vercel
Hosts the website and runs the detection request.
Anthropic
Runs the detection model on the redacted summaries. Under Anthropic's API terms, this data is not used to train models.
Resend
Resend Inc., USA. Delivers the email with your message to our mailbox.
Proton
Proton AG, Switzerland. Hosts our mailbox, tocnosi@proton.me, where your message is stored.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, restrict or object to how we use it, and withdraw a consent you gave at any time. Write to tocnosi@proton.me and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner (ip-rs.si).
